Please review my shop policy below before making a purchase and contact me with any questions.

 
PRODUCT QUALITY
 

All ceramic glazes and glaze firings produce differing results each time the kiln is fired. These subtle differences make each piece unique.

The glazes I use are of the highest standard and most pieces have a minimum of 9 coats of glaze. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in colour.

I ensure all work is of the highest standard and will not display or attempt to sell a piece unless it passes strict inspection.

 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

I take great care to ensure items arrive safely and pack them very securely. I am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.

All orders are shipped via An Post. Postage and Packaging costs vary depending on weight and location and are advised at the time of sale.

I include a purchase receipt with your package. If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify me. I will be happy to include a card with the message of your choice and will not include any receipts or invoices.

Please make sure that I am shipping your order to a secure location. I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES

After 10 day grace period, all sales are final. 

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item or equal value. Please notify me via the website within 3 business days if you receive a damaged item, and ship it back to my studio in the original packaging. I will provide you with packing instructions. You will be refunded the full purchase price upon our receipt of the item(s) to my studio.
 
I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me via the website within 10 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange.
 
All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
 
In the event of a stolen or lost package, refunds will not be provided. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is a secure location to receive packages.
